Testing by Automotive Research Association of India

The India trucking industry participants realize that there is a potential performance difference between testing and use of the HydraGEN™ Technology in North America as compared to the environmental and operational conditions in South Asia. The Automotive Research Association of India (“ARAI”) has been contracted by dynaCERT to test our HydraGEN™ Technology under the supervision of one of our senior engineers and rigorously subject the technology to local road and driving conditions in India. This testing will be with the lower grade diesel fuel that is available in the market and on vehicles that are technologically different than those in North America where our previous testing has been done.

These tests are expected to be completed prior to the official HydraGEN™ product launch during the upcoming All India Motor Transport Congress in New Delhi as provided by the conditions for the sale of our HydraGEN™ Technology stated in the press release dated February 27th, 2018.

European Markets

Enrico Schlaepfer, Vice President of Global Sales, will be travelling to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Austria for many meetings starting March 5, 2018. Mr. Schlaepfer, along with dynaCERT’s dealer for Germany and Switzerland, H2 GreenTech, will be visiting current and new potential customers who have indicated an interest in using our HydraGEN™ Technology on their stationary generators.

In furtherance of the development of the marketing to the on-road transportation industry in the European market, Mr. Schlaepfer will be also overseeing the final steps for homologation certification in Germany working with TUV NORD and TUV SUD. As reported previously, the Company has created dynaCERT GMBH as a wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany in order to comply with the European road transport requirements for certification and to facilitate dynaCERT’s sales and marketing strategy for Europe, Middle East and Africa i.e. EMEA. The certification process is the final regulatory requirement to license on-road transport companies to use the HydraGEN™ Technology on their vehicles.

 Northwest Territories Power Corporation

The installation and testing of HydraGEN™ units in mid-2017 is completed. Due to exceptional results realized on similar applications in Europe, we are now in discussions to perform further testing with our upgraded units to increase fuel savings.  These upgraded units are a simple, low cost retrofit to the existing operational engines with minimal modifications to each power station.

dynaCERT Provides Update re India Matters

TORONTO, ON–(Globe Newswire – February 27, 2018) – dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (DAX: DMJ) (“dynaCERT” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the following update:

India Tour with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau

Mr. Robert Maier, COO of dynaCERT, represented the Company at the special dinner in New Delhi held in honour of Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau on Thursday, February 22, 2018, and has had numerous meetings with official groups and companies in India that expressed interest in the Company’s HydraGEN™ Technology, including the several offices of the India Central Government, the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Environment as well as City of Delhi officials. Discussions were mainly focused on India’s keen interest in the environmental benefits of the technology. Other talks included senior representatives from The All India Motor Transport Congress (“AIMTC”), who had been hosted by dynaCERT in Toronto in November 2017 (see Press Releases dated November 2, 2017 and December 4, 2017) and Ashok Leyland Ltd. (“ALL”), which manufactures in India a wide range of equipment using diesel engines.

Ashok Leyland Ltd.

Ashok Leyland Limited, a company located in Gurgaon, India, is an Original Equipment Manufacturer of diesel-powered vehicles for the South Asia marketplace with sales and service offices in strategic locations throughout the region.  ALL sells over 400,000 vehicles per year.   Ashok Leyland operates in India and also exports to South Asia, Middle East and African nations.  dynaCERT has followed up with senior officials of Ashok Leyland and is furthering its relationship with the company.

All India Motor Transport Congress

The All India Motor Transport Congress also hosted dynaCERT COO, Mr. Robert Maier, in New Delhi on Mr. Maier’s trip to India.   It was agreed that a grand launch of dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology in India will be organized by the AIMTC as part of their upcoming National Conference to be held in New Delhi in April 2018 and will include the Minister and senior officials of the Transport Ministry of India, OEM’s based in India and other dignitaries of the road transportation industry of India.  AIMTC members operate approximately 10,000,000 diesel powered trucks and buses across India.  Of those members, the AIMTC has indicated that approximately 1.4 million trucks have a National Permit in India and move across the nation.  It is estimated that those trucks could potentially benefit most from dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology.

Automotive Research Association of India

The Automotive Research Association of India (“ARAI”), is testing dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology under local road conditions in India. The ARAI is the co-operative industrial research association of the automotive industry with the Government of India, Ministry of Industries. Subject to receipt of a positive report of dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology by ARAI, the AIMTC has indicated that it would be prepared to recommend the use of the technology to its members.

As stated in a letter addressed to dynaCERT, dated February 22, 2018 and signed by both President S.K. Mittal and Chairman Kultaran Singh Atwal of the All India Motor Transport Congress:

“The ongoing enthusiasm only hinges around the positive report from ARAI meeting the challenges of the Indian trucking conditions. AIMTC, then will recommend, HydraGEN™ Technology to its members accordingly for common good. Initially a tentative demand of 10,000 units could be expected that our members may order from dynaCERT Inc directly to suit their particular engine needs.”

“We have been also told by officials of Ashok Leyland Ltd. that they agree in principle to place a bulk order, subject to the report from ARAI. In closing we are sure that AIMTC and dynaCERT have paved a strong foundation to build a synergistic association for times to come.”

Robert Maier states: “We are very excited about the progress that we have made in our ongoing meetings, discussions and dialogue with groups and companies in India.  Diesel engines which cause insufferable air pollution are a large part of everyday life in personal transport, commodity transport, intercity movement of people in India, and, for a large part of the community electrical power which requires stationary diesel generators. Indian officials that we have met with have been very receptive to the environmental benefits of the HydraGEN™ systems. We look forward to helping clean the environment with them.”

#dynaCERT $DYA $DYFSF Receives #Initial #Order for #Europe

December 21, 2017) – dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (DAX: DMJ) (“dynaCERT” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has secured a major new group of end users in Germany for its HydraGEN™ Technology.

dynaCERT has received purchase orders for 520 HydraGEN™ HG1-45 model Units having a total suggested retail price of $4,067,000. The purchase orders were received from the dynaCERT’s dealer for Germany and Switzerland, Hoer&Hoer GreenTech.  The Units are destined to KWK GmbH (“KWK”) which is part of a buying group with members constituting operators within the prolific agricultural industry that each manage one or more bio-diesel powered generators in the State of Bavaria and throughout Germany. The first 20 Units are scheduled for an immediate delivery in January 2018 and the remainder have a planned rollout throughout 2018, commencing in March.

Over several months, a HydraGEN™ HG1-45 was successfully tested by KWK at its facilities in Samerberg, Bavaria, Germany. In September 2017, this HG1-45 was installed on a Perkins Bio-Diesel Generator.  The generator has controls that monitor output power and fuel consumption.  In the first few weeks of testing with the HydraGEN™ HG1-45, initial fuel consumption of the generator was reduced by 6%. As testing progressed, with adjustments of the HydraGEN™ using the Smart ECU, the engine was able to achieve and maintain a minimum of 17.5% reduction in fuel consumption and the resulting reduction of carbon emissions.

Johann Tischner, CEO of KWK, states, “We at KWK are delighted with the HydraGEN™ HG1-45, especially with the fuel savings achieved and we decided for this reason to deepen our co-operation with dynaCERT and its German dealer, Hoer&Hoer GreenTech. This collaboration will see our members deploy the HydraGEN™ Technology on their generators in 2018.  These generators are all different sized engines some up to 500kW which may require 1, 2 or 3 HG1-45 Units each.”

Hoer&Hoer GreenTech, headquartered in Lahr, Germany has been the dynaCERT dealer since June 2017.  They have worked diligently in many sectors before realizing this first initial order with KWK. Ms. Shirley Hoer, CEO, states, “The dynaCERT team professionally supported KWK and ourselves in the rigorous testing of this bio-diesel generator. We and KWK highly appreciated the unconventional approach dynaCERT had in this testing phase.  Their engineers were able to monitor and control the HG1-45 Unit remotely from across the Atlantic Ocean in order to optimize the fuel consumption reduction.  Because of this realization and the outstanding results, we are engaging in a long-term cooperation with dynaCERT. In the case of KWK, this starts with our initial 520 Unit order for 2018.”

Enrico Schlaepfer, Vice President, Global Sales for dynaCERT, comments, “The immediately addressable market in Europe for stationary diesel-powered generators is approximately 125,000 installations.  This opportunity reveals a significant market in 2018 for dynaCERT to begin serving the Europeans who seek to greatly reduce their carbon footprint.   With this order and the resulting tested validation, we are commencing our market penetration strategy proceeding into the South Asia marketplace with a focus on public and private stationary diesel-powered generators that produce nearly 60% of the available electrical power across that region.”
