dynaCERT Inc. (TSX.V-DYA) has announced a $1.5M financing on March 23rd and at the same time completed the first tranche of the offering for $185,000. On May 8th, dynaCERT closed the 2nd tranche of the non-brokered private placement in the amount of $201,162.60.
The financing is priced at $0.15 per unit, each unit is one share and one share purchase warrant priced at $0.25 for a two-year period.
