(TSX VENTURE: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (FRA: DMJ) (“dynaCERT” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Carmelo Marrelli as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Marrelli is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and serves as Chief Financial Officer of a number of other Canadian public companies including some listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company has also engaged Marrelli Support Services of Toronto, a company affiliated with Mr. Marrelli, to provide certain accounting services.
dynaCERT is also pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Jean-Pierre Colin, a Director of the Company since December 2016, as the new Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Colin has a background in investment banking, corporate and securities law and strategy consulting.
