They hold three assets: 2.43 million acres of discreet potash permits on the Alberta side of the Alberta/Saskatchewan border; 235,000 acres in Greenwood, B.C. adjacent to Kinross’s Buckhorn Mine where they are exploring for gold/copper/silver and in 2010 announced a new gold discovery in this region.

Coral Gold has an inferred resource of 3.4 million ounces of gold in Nevada adjacent to Barrick’s Pipeline Mine. On January 18th, 2012 they received a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment for open pits and heap leaching operations at its 100% owned Robertson gold project. The PEA stated an NPV of $358-million. The intention is to move towards production. There are 33M S/O and $1.5 million in the treasury.

Goldstrike Resources has 46.5M S/O 35% held by management and $3.5M in the treasury. Goldstrike holds the 10,000 acre Lucky Strike project located in the heart of an emerging Yukon Gold camp known as the White Gold District. The Company holds a total of 36 gold properties in the Yukon and to date have discovered visible gold grading 159 g/t au at Yellow Giant and drill ready gold zones at Livingstone.

Petro One Energy has 55.5M S/O, 13 oil and gas leases in the south-eastern Saskatchewan, south-western Manitoba area and has NI 51-101 reserves of 2.25 million BOE P+P+P reserves in the Viking formation. Petro One has 100% success rate to date and at least 29 undeveloped drill locations between J5 Milton Lands and J1 Rosebank Alida. The Company holds 30% of the Lucky Gold project and 20M shares and warrants in Goldstrike (TSX.V-GSR).
