dynaCERT $DYA $DYFSF Official Launch of HydraGEN at #TruckWorld2018

TORONTO, ON–(Globe Newswire – March 5, 2018) – dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (DAX: DMJ) (“dynaCERT” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce, as a member of the Ontario Trucking Association,  the official launch of our HydraGEN™ Technology at the TRUCKWORLD 2018 trade show in Toronto on April 19-21, 2018 (“TruckWorld”) where we will be showcasing our innovative HG-1 25 and 45 series units for long haul transport and HG-2 15 and 25 series units for reefer trailers along with our rugged-cased units for heavy equipment.

“This is really a historic move for the dynaCERT organization” says Mike Christodoulou, former Cummins Eastern Canada Distributor Principal and President as well as a member of dynaCERT’s Advisory Board.  “After testing at the highly acclaimed PIT Group in November 2017, it seems very clear to me that this technology is a great fit for the trucking industry”.  Those results indicated a 5.9% improvement in fuel economy and between 46.1% to 50% reduction in carbon monoxide, total hydrocarbons and NOx.  “These results simply cannot be ignored by such a major industry as Canadian trucking.” adds Christodoulou.  “TruckWorld is the largest truck show in Canada.  I have been attending for decades.  All the truck and trailer OEM’s, engine and transmission manufacturers and hundreds of suppliers to the industry will be there. Also, most of the major truck fleets in Canada will be in attendance along with a very large number of owner operators.  I am very pleased to say the dynaCERT has chosen TruckWorld as the venue for the official launch of it’s product line and has committed to continue doing so going forward.”

Product Line and their Addressable Markets

The Company produces two HG1 HydraGEN™ series models for medium and large diesel engines.  The HG1-25 for normally-aspirated engines sized 2 to 5 Liter displacement and the HG1-45 for turbo-charged engines up to 15 Liter displacement.  Larger engines can also be accommodated by installing multiple HG1 units which operate in parallel.  The HG1 series are also available in a ruggedized case for applications that require a heavier environmental protection system.

Our technology is scalable allowing use with Class 6-8 on-road vehicles and transition to applications with rail, marine, off-road and power generation.  Our patent-pending electrolysis system and Smart ECU provides a reliable and adjustable delivery of H2 & O2 concentrations. Not all engines are the same and having the optimal ratios and percentages provides increased benefits.

In addition, the Company is finalizing performance testing on the HG2 HydraGEN™ series and has developed two models for commercial release in Q2-2018.  The HG2 series are smaller in size and are targeted for the refrigerated trailer market with engines up to 2.5 Litre displacement.  The HG2 units are also applicable to mobile construction equipment, class 2 – 5 delivery trucks and smaller stationary generators.  This market size represents approximately 20 million applications in North America and similar sized market opportunities in each of the European and Asian markets.

Production and Growing Capacity

Production of the different HG1 series models is underway with the current capacity to build HG1 units at 6,000 units per month.  Production of the HG2 series models is soon to be operational and dynaCERT is expecting to receive the specialized robotic laser-welding equipment that is being manufactured in Germany to facilitate production.  Future capacity to produce HG2 units is planned to reach 10,000 units per month.

dynaCERT $DYA $DYFSF Provides #India, #Europe and Corporate Update

TORONTO, ON–(Globe Newswire – March 2, 2018) – dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (DAX: DMJ) (“dynaCERT” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the following update:

Testing by Automotive Research Association of India

The India trucking industry participants realize that there is a potential performance difference between testing and use of the HydraGEN™ Technology in North America as compared to the environmental and operational conditions in South Asia. The Automotive Research Association of India (“ARAI”) has been contracted by dynaCERT to test our HydraGEN™ Technology under the supervision of one of our senior engineers and rigorously subject the technology to local road and driving conditions in India. This testing will be with the lower grade diesel fuel that is available in the market and on vehicles that are technologically different than those in North America where our previous testing has been done.

These tests are expected to be completed prior to the official HydraGEN™ product launch during the upcoming All India Motor Transport Congress in New Delhi as provided by the conditions for the sale of our HydraGEN™ Technology stated in the press release dated February 27th, 2018.

European Markets

Enrico Schlaepfer, Vice President of Global Sales, will be travelling to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Austria for many meetings starting March 5, 2018. Mr. Schlaepfer, along with dynaCERT’s dealer for Germany and Switzerland, H2 GreenTech, will be visiting current and new potential customers who have indicated an interest in using our HydraGEN™ Technology on their stationary generators.

In furtherance of the development of the marketing to the on-road transportation industry in the European market, Mr. Schlaepfer will be also overseeing the final steps for homologation certification in Germany working with TUV NORD and TUV SUD. As reported previously, the Company has created dynaCERT GMBH as a wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany in order to comply with the European road transport requirements for certification and to facilitate dynaCERT’s sales and marketing strategy for Europe, Middle East and Africa i.e. EMEA. The certification process is the final regulatory requirement to license on-road transport companies to use the HydraGEN™ Technology on their vehicles.

 Northwest Territories Power Corporation

The installation and testing of HydraGEN™ units in mid-2017 is completed. Due to exceptional results realized on similar applications in Europe, we are now in discussions to perform further testing with our upgraded units to increase fuel savings.  These upgraded units are a simple, low cost retrofit to the existing operational engines with minimal modifications to each power station.

Greenwood Property 2017 Exploration Program Completed and Submitted to Grizzly Discoveries

EDMONTON, ALBERTA – March 2, 2018 — Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (TSX-V: GZD; Frankfurt: G6H) (“Grizzly” or the “Company”)is pleased to announce that it has been advised by Kinross Gold Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, KG Exploration (Canada) Inc. (“Kinross”) that Kinross has completed its 2017 work program on the Grizzly Greenwood property, located near Greenwood in southern B.C. The 2017 work program has confirmed, with drilling, the presence of precious metal mineralization at the Midway and Mt Attwood-Overlander target areas.

Executives of Grizzly will be attending the PDAC 2018 International Convention, Trade Show & Investors Exchange at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on March 4 through March 7, 2018 and can be found at Booth 3020 in the Investors Exchange Exhibit space.

Highlights of the 2017 Kinross Exploration Program

The 2017 exploration program focused primarily on core drilling at the Midway and Mt Attwood-Overlander target areas. In addition, surface sampling and geologic mapping were carried out at the Midway, Attwood West and Mt. Attwood – Overlander target areas. A total of 1,129 m of core drilling was completed in 7 holes, with 3 holes at the Midway target area and 4 holes at the Mt Attwood – Overlander target area. Kinross completed approximately CA$401,523 worth of exploration during 2017 and are planning a follow up program for 2018.

Drilling at Midway yielded anomalous gold including up to 9.7 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) over 0.8 m core length from a narrow massive sulphide zone. Both skarn and epithermal indicators were intersected at Midway both with occasional low-grade gold. Kinross has indicated that further drilling is warranted at Midway to follow up untested alteration and mineralization.

Drilling at Mt Attwood – Overlander targeted two veins and intersected 2.87 g/t Au over 1.0 m core length in a drusy quartz vein in hole 1. A surface grab sample collected during 2016 from the same vein returned 16.85 g/t Au. Kinross has indicated that further work is recommended for the Mt Attwood-Overlander area proximal to the stream silt geochemical anomalies discovered during the 2016 exploration program. Kinross has not recommended any further drilling at Mt Attwood – Overlander in 2018 due to the narrow intersections of veins intersected to date, even though several gold-bearing quartz veins remain un-tested.

The portion of Grizzly’s Greenwood Project explored by Kinross is 100% owned by Grizzly Discoveries Inc. and includes 131 claims that form a contiguous package totaling approximately 27,346 hectares, representing approximately one third of Grizzly’s land holdings at Greenwood. Under the terms of a September 2015 agreement, KG Exploration (Canada) Inc. can earn a 75% interest on the optioned land pursuant to an Option Agreement with Grizzly on portions of its land holdings in southeastern British Columbia, by incurring US$3 million in exploration expenditures over a 5 year period. By the second anniversary of the agreement, Kinross completed the initial 750 metres of diamond drilling and US$750,000 in expenditures required as at September 23, 2017.

Planned 2018 Kinross Exploration Program

Kinross will continue exploration efforts in 2018 with additional drilling planned at Midway, follow up work in the Mt. Attwood-Overlander area, and continue regional evaluation and prospect/target generation.

Brian Testo, President and CEO of Grizzly, stated “We are excited that Kinross has intersected skarn mineralization at the Midway Target. Skarn is the host to the Buckhorn gold mineralization that Kinross has concluded mining on in the Republic area south of the border. We look forward to further drilling by Kinross during 2018 at Midway.”

Changes in Management – Board of Directors and Advisory Committee

Pursuant to the Company’s AGM held on February 6, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors consists of three incumbent Directors: Brian Testo (President & CEO), Sam Pillersdorf, and Ray Wytinck.  Mr. Doug Turnbull and Mr. Fraser Atkinson opted not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board at the AGM, however both have been retained by the Board as Advisers, joining Mr. Gregory Aharonian who was appointed as an Advisor on January 12, 2018.  Brian Testo, President and CEO of Grizzly, stated “we want to thank Doug, one of the founding Directors of Grizzly, and Fraser for their service as Directors to Grizzly, and look forward to continuing to work with both of them in this new advisory capacity.”

Pistol Bay to Start Drilling at Confederation Lake in March 2018

Vancouver, B.C. – February 22, 2018: Pistol Bay Mining Inc. (TSX-V – PST; Frankfurt – OQS2) (“Pistol Bay” or the “Company’) is pleased to announce that it is currently soliciting and reviewing bids from drilling contractors for the rights to drill the Company’s Confederation Lake greenstone belt VMS properties. A decision is expected shortly, and drilling is planned to commence March 2018.

Pistol Bay has received the one million dollars ($1,000,000) from Rio Tinto for the uranium assets it owned in the Athabasca Basin (see news release February13,2018). Proceeds from this payment will be used to fund the drilling program at Confederation Lake.

Three drill holes of at least 500 metres each are planned to further test the Arrow Zone and to retrieve core for preliminary metallurgical testing. The Arrow Zone was the subject of a 43-101 report in 2017 that presented an inferred mineral resource of 2,100,000 tonnes grading 5.78% zinc, 0.72% copper, 0.60 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 19.5 g/t silver. (8.42% zinc eq.) (see news release February 15, 2018).

Approximately ten diamond drill holes totaling approximately 2,000 metres will test the Fredart “A” Zone (also referred to as the Copperlode “A” Zone). A historical resource estimate made in 1971 for the Fredart “A” Zone, based on diamond drilling in the 1960s, was 386,000 tonnes grading 1.56% copper and 33.6 g/t silver, or alternatively 219,500 tonnes at 1.95% copper and 41.8 g/t silver. Neither of these estimates conforms to any class of mineral resource or mineral reserve defined by the 2014 CIM guidelines.

dynaCERT Provides Update re India Matters

TORONTO, ON–(Globe Newswire – February 27, 2018) – dynaCERT Inc. (TSX VENTURE: DYA) (OTCQB: DYFSF) (DAX: DMJ) (“dynaCERT” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the following update:

India Tour with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau

Mr. Robert Maier, COO of dynaCERT, represented the Company at the special dinner in New Delhi held in honour of Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau on Thursday, February 22, 2018, and has had numerous meetings with official groups and companies in India that expressed interest in the Company’s HydraGEN™ Technology, including the several offices of the India Central Government, the Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Environment as well as City of Delhi officials. Discussions were mainly focused on India’s keen interest in the environmental benefits of the technology. Other talks included senior representatives from The All India Motor Transport Congress (“AIMTC”), who had been hosted by dynaCERT in Toronto in November 2017 (see Press Releases dated November 2, 2017 and December 4, 2017) and Ashok Leyland Ltd. (“ALL”), which manufactures in India a wide range of equipment using diesel engines.

Ashok Leyland Ltd.

Ashok Leyland Limited, a company located in Gurgaon, India, is an Original Equipment Manufacturer of diesel-powered vehicles for the South Asia marketplace with sales and service offices in strategic locations throughout the region.  ALL sells over 400,000 vehicles per year.   Ashok Leyland operates in India and also exports to South Asia, Middle East and African nations.  dynaCERT has followed up with senior officials of Ashok Leyland and is furthering its relationship with the company.

All India Motor Transport Congress

The All India Motor Transport Congress also hosted dynaCERT COO, Mr. Robert Maier, in New Delhi on Mr. Maier’s trip to India.   It was agreed that a grand launch of dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology in India will be organized by the AIMTC as part of their upcoming National Conference to be held in New Delhi in April 2018 and will include the Minister and senior officials of the Transport Ministry of India, OEM’s based in India and other dignitaries of the road transportation industry of India.  AIMTC members operate approximately 10,000,000 diesel powered trucks and buses across India.  Of those members, the AIMTC has indicated that approximately 1.4 million trucks have a National Permit in India and move across the nation.  It is estimated that those trucks could potentially benefit most from dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology.

Automotive Research Association of India

The Automotive Research Association of India (“ARAI”), is testing dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology under local road conditions in India. The ARAI is the co-operative industrial research association of the automotive industry with the Government of India, Ministry of Industries. Subject to receipt of a positive report of dynaCERT’s HydraGEN™ Technology by ARAI, the AIMTC has indicated that it would be prepared to recommend the use of the technology to its members.

As stated in a letter addressed to dynaCERT, dated February 22, 2018 and signed by both President S.K. Mittal and Chairman Kultaran Singh Atwal of the All India Motor Transport Congress:

“The ongoing enthusiasm only hinges around the positive report from ARAI meeting the challenges of the Indian trucking conditions. AIMTC, then will recommend, HydraGEN™ Technology to its members accordingly for common good. Initially a tentative demand of 10,000 units could be expected that our members may order from dynaCERT Inc directly to suit their particular engine needs.”

“We have been also told by officials of Ashok Leyland Ltd. that they agree in principle to place a bulk order, subject to the report from ARAI. In closing we are sure that AIMTC and dynaCERT have paved a strong foundation to build a synergistic association for times to come.”

Robert Maier states: “We are very excited about the progress that we have made in our ongoing meetings, discussions and dialogue with groups and companies in India.  Diesel engines which cause insufferable air pollution are a large part of everyday life in personal transport, commodity transport, intercity movement of people in India, and, for a large part of the community electrical power which requires stationary diesel generators. Indian officials that we have met with have been very receptive to the environmental benefits of the HydraGEN™ systems. We look forward to helping clean the environment with them.”

#PistolBayMining $PST Plans 2018 #Drilling #Program in Confederation Lake

Pistol Bay (TSX.V-PST) announced that it plans to commence a 2018 drilling program on it’s Confederation Lake greenstone belt in the very near future.

Charles Desjardins, President and CEO of Pistol Bay, commented, “After the company’s very encouraging VTEM plus survey in 2017, we are excited to commence the next stage of development of Confederation Lake volcanic massive sulphide belt.”

Three drill holes of at least 500 metres each are planned to further test the Arrow Zone, and to retrieve core for preliminary metallurgical testing.  The Arrow Zone was the subject of a 43-101 report in 2017 that presented an inferred mineral resource of 2,100,000 tonnes grading 5.78% zinc, 0.72% copper, 0.60 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 19.5 g/t silver. (8.42% zinc eq.)

Additionally, the Company plans to survey the older drill holes on the Arrow Zone, which were drilled by Noranda in 1997 and 1998, using a gyro or similar method, to accurately determine hole deviation.  Collars of all holes on the Arrow zone will be surveyed by differential GPS to determine their precise location and the initial azimuth.  These new and precise measurements will allow more precise positioning of drill intercepts and will ultimately lead to a higher level of confidence in the mineral resource.

Approximately 10 diamond drill holes totaling approximately 2,000 metres will test the Fredart “A” zone (also referred to as the Copperlode “A” zone).

Although the first five holes in 1965 were assayed for gold with results up to 1.2 g/t Au, the remaining 76 holes were not assayed for gold.  Four of the highest grade and widest drill intercepts on the Fredart “A” zone were:

DDH 65-03: 1.83 metres @ 5.24% Cu and 170.45 g/t Ag

DDH 66-11: 6.61 metres @ 3.37% Cu and 159.52 g/t Ag

DDH 66-15: 17.53 metres @ 2.54% Cu and 45.72 g/t Ag

DDH 66-18: 46.21 metres @ 1.18% Cu and 51.11 g/t Ag

Intersection lengths are core lengths; true widths are not known.  Sampling, assaying, security and QC protocols are unknown.

Technical information in this news release was reviewed by Colin Bowdidge, Ph.D., P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101.
